Nature of Operations

 

Philippine Overseas Workers Medical and Diagnostic Center, Inc. is primarily an industrial clinic that specializes in the pre-employment medical requirements of Filipino Overseas Workers.

Quality Policy

 

  • To maintain the requirements set by Regulatory and International Agencies;

  • Implementing our Quality Standard System; and

  • Adopting a company wide Continual Improvement Program.

 

 

Quality Objectives

To provide 90% or more customer satisfaction index in terms of quality and efficiency in conducting and delivery of PEME results

To control the repatriation rate not exceed 1% annually

To deliver prompt and accurate PEME Medical Certificates within 24 hours after completion of PEME package or issuance of special test’s  result

To comply 100% to legal and regulatory requirements for medical clinics

To continuously detect opportunities for improvement and implement quality improvement activities
